Yes, We are AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR for SIEMENS Make Relays, Automation Products, Power Quality Meters & Instruments, and MV Switchgear Spares.

Where is your company located?

We are located at Kamothe, Navi Mumbai Maharashtra (India). We have also established our branch offices in Delhi and Dhaka (Bangladesh).

How many branches do you have? 

With the mission to offer reliable customized services and solutions for creating Smarter Grid Systems we are continuously developing ourselves and reaching into the wider sections of the globe. We have branches in Mumbai, Delhi in India and Dhaka-Bangladesh. 

How many employees do you have in your company? 

We have more than 50 employees working with us.

Are you a manufacturer of Siemens?

Ans- No. We are not the manufacturers. However, We are the  AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR for SIEMENS relays and automation products.

Which are the makes/Brands you deal in?

Ans- We are an Authorized Dealer for SIEMENS Numerical Relays, Automation Products, Power Quality Meters & Instruments, and MV Switchgear Spares.

We also deal in DILO, Udey, Rapidox and TAN SWA. The other services we offer: SUBSTATION AUTOMATION, Field Services for the ERECTION, TESTING, and COMMISSIONING of Substation equipment, RETROFITTING Services, and POWER SYSTEM CONSULTANCY. We also provide the SPECIALISED CUSTOMISED POWER SYSTEM SOLUTIONS. 

Is Reliserv a manufacturer/dealer or distributor?

We are an AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR for SIEMENS Make Relays, Automation, and Metering Products.

Adding to this, we are the AUTHORISED CHANNEL PARTNER for SIEMENS Make EHV, HV, MV, and LV switchgear spare parts.

In which Country Do you deliver the Products and Services? 

Yes, we reachout mostly to all Location like India , Middle East , continents like -Antarctica, North America, South America, Africa , Australia , Europe , Asia , Etc.

What is the procedure to order the products/services?

         2. The technical team will work on it and send you the quotation via email and will call you regarding the same.  

Do you provide Kits on a Rent basis? Which kits are usually available to you? 

Yes, We provide kits on a rental basis. We offer Omicron CMC 256 and HV kit, Omicron 356, CRM, HVIR Megger, and breaker timing kit. This will give you the convenience of using high-quality equipment at an affordable price and that too under the guidance of our testing experts.

How much time do you take to deliver the product/service? 

Ans- It takes at least 6-8 weeks or less than that. It completely depends on the product/service you need, and which brand it is, if the material is readily available in stock then immediate delivery can be possible. All these things can be cleared only after the final discussion with the technical team and shipping team.

In the case of field/automation services, the order fulfillment time is 1-2 weeks depending on the project requirement, scope of work, and the project location. 

What are the shipping charges to my area? 

Shipping charges completely depend on the location to be served, weight of the product, volume, dimension, and value. Our shipping team can help you know the exact shipping charges for the same.

Will I get a discount on the prices and how much will be the discount? 

Ans – We generously offer you a discount on the product/service you require depending on the value and the quantity of the order. However, it will be totally in the scope of our company to offer or not to offer the discount on your order.
